I want to use your inventory, but I am not sure how to pull it all together. Can you help?

How long is the rental period?
Most rentals are per event. You can pick up the items the Thursday prior to the event and return the items the Monday after the event. If these days/times absolutely do not work we can normally adjust and set up specific alternate days/times. Delivery/Pick Up will determine the length of rental, not more than 1 week. Weekly rentals are available for an additional 50% charge.
Do you require a deposit to confirm?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve our items for your event. We also require a signed rental agreement with credit card information for incidentals.
How do I make an appointment to see your “vintique” items?
You should email or call us to set up an appointment.
Can we stop by without an appointment?
We are by appointment only. We are around the shop quite often and can usually accommodate most requested days and times.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Yes. Most items that we have can be picked up at a mutually agreed time and if you have the appropriate vehicle. Most items can not be exposed to precipitation. We request that you be prepared to load your own vehicle.
How do I Return My Rentals?
All items need to be returned at a mutually agreed upon time in their original condition and packaging. We request that you be prepared to unload your own vehicle.
Do you deliver and pick up?

We will deliver and/or pick up your items to one location at a predetermined time. Location must be within 50 feet of parking area and easily accessed. Delivery/retrieval beyond these points is available at an additional cost to cover time and labor. Must be scheduled in advance.

Our fees are based on mileage and size of the order. Standard delivery fee is $225 plus mileage and additional service fees. Late night retrievals available for an additional fee. We will deliver in a 30 mile radius.

For pick up/retrieval all items need to be as cleaned, organized and packed as they were when delivered or picked up from the shop. A take-down/cleaning/packing fee may be charged.

Special delivery/retrieval services may be limited by the number of requests for a given day. Service charges are in addition to standard delivery/retrieval rates.

What if I rent something and break it?
Great question. To be honest, it doesn’t happen that often. If an item does break or is damaged the maximum fee is five times the rental cost. If an item goes missing the maximum fee is 10 times the rental cost. We reserve the right to determine the fee and charge the credit card on file.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept exact cash, checks, or credit cards (+4%) and venmo. If you would like to pay exact cash you need to inform us ahead of time. Checks can be mailed to Vintique Rental at PO Box 172 North Lake, WI 53064. If you would like to pay by credit card please call 262.370.7340 to pay over the phone. All credit card payments will have a +4% additional service charge added. If you would like to pay venmo we will email you the information. 

Can I change my order after the contract and deposit are made?
You are more than welcome to change your order up to 30 days before the event. The deposit is never refundable. The final payment is due 30 days before the event. Once we receive payment we will not issue refunds. However, you are welcome to swap out items or dates of rentals.
